Available on Growth plan. Your store customers upgrade their own ALMA portal to upload their store inventory, get personalized product recommendations, and use ALMA as their full in-store sales assistant. You gift the basic access — they pay for the upgrade.
Plan Limits & Upgrades
When you approach your customer limit, ALMA PODER will notify your Admin automatically. You can upgrade your plan at any time with no interruption to your service. All existing data, settings, and customizations are preserved when upgrading.

⚠️ Important notice: By using Sostanable.ai and ALMA PODER, you acknowledge that data entered into the platform — including company information, product knowledge, customer data, and usage patterns — may be collected, analyzed, and used by Innovation Tech World LLC (DBA Sostanable.ai) to improve our services, train AI models, develop new product features, and for other legitimate business purposes. We do not sell personally identifiable information to third parties.
1. Who We Are
Sostanable.ai is a product of Innovation Tech World LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating as a DBA under Innovation Holdings Co LLC. Our platform provides AI-powered business tools for small and medium businesses under the ALMA PODER brand.

2. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Company name, email addresses, and account credentials
- Billing information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Plan tier and subscription details
Business Data You Upload
- Product catalogs, price lists, and inventory data
- Company knowledge documents (PDFs, Excel files, Word documents, images)
- Photos and images uploaded to teach ALMA
- Customer lists and order history
- ERP data connected via API integration
Usage Data
- Conversations with ALMA PODER (questions asked and responses given)
- Features used, frequency of use, and user activity patterns
- Device type, browser, IP address, and access times
- Performance metrics and error logs
Photos & Images
- When users take photos or upload images to ALMA, these images are processed by our AI engine
- Images may be temporarily stored for processing and may be retained for platform improvement purposes
- Do not upload images containing sensitive personal information
3. How We Use Your Information
By using Sostanable.ai, you agree that we may use your data to: provide and improve our platform services; train and improve ALMA PODER's AI capabilities; develop new features and products; analyze usage patterns across our platform; create anonymized industry benchmarks and insights; comply with legal obligations; and for other legitimate business purposes as determined by Innovation Tech World LLC. We reserve the right to use aggregated and anonymized data derived from your usage for any business purpose, including developing additional products and services that may be offered separately.

- AI improvement: To improve ALMA's responses, accuracy, and capabilities
- Product development: To build new features based on how customers use the platform
- Business analytics: To understand usage patterns and improve our service
- Communication: To send service updates, billing notices, and product announcements

4. Data Isolation Between Clients
Each company on our platform has their data isolated using row-level security. Company A cannot access Company B's data. Your customers, products, and business information are private to your account. However, aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data may be used across our platform for improvement and business purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personally identifiable information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (AI engine), Stripe (payments) — all under data processing agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- Related entities: With Innovation Holdings Co LLC and affiliated entities for business purposes
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation. Conversation history with ALMA may be retained indefinitely for AI training and improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your personal account data by contacting info@sostanable.ai, however anonymized usage data may be retained.
7. Your Rights
- Access your personal account data at any time through your settings
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal account data (subject to legal retention requirements)

8. Cookies & Tracking
We use session storage to maintain your login state. We may use analytics tools to understand platform usage. By using our platform you consent to this data collection.
9. Children's Privacy
Sostanable.ai is a business platform not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.

Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Sostanable.ai governing your use of ALMA PODER.

By accessing or using Sostanable.ai and ALMA PODER, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Innovation Tech World LLC ("Sostanable.ai").
1. The Service
Sostanable.ai provides ALMA PODER, an AI-powered business platform delivered as a white-label Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The platform includes AI chat capabilities, knowledge base management, user role management, ERP integration tools, and related features as described in your selected plan.
2. Account & Access
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You may not share login credentials between multiple users — each user must have their own login
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. White Label Terms
- You may brand ALMA PODER with your company logo, colors, and name
- You may not claim to have built or own the underlying AI technology
- You may not resell or sublicense the platform to other parties without written permission from Sostanable.ai
- You may present the platform to your customers as your own product
- Sostanable.ai branding may appear in legal pages and terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ALMA PODER to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Circumvent user role restrictions or access controls
- Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
- Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clients' data
5. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to the platform until the end of your paid period
- After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted upon request
7. Your Data & Our Rights
You retain ownership of your business data. By uploading data to Sostanable.ai, you grant Innovation Tech World LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze that data for the purposes of providing and improving our services, training AI models, and developing new products. This license survives termination of your account for data already processed.
8. Intellectual Property
ALMA PODER, its AI models, platform architecture, code, and design are the exclusive property of Innovation Tech World LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sostanable.ai is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for a particular purpose. Innovation Tech World LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. ALMA PODER AI Disclaimer
ALMA PODER is an AI assistant and may make errors. Do not rely on ALMA's responses as legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify important business decisions with qualified professionals. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on ALMA's responses.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

How we protect your business data and keep your information secure.

Data Isolation
Every company on Sostanable.ai operates in a completely isolated data environment. We use row-level security (RLS) in our database to ensure that your data is never accessible to other clients on the platform. Your customers, products, inventory, and conversations are 100% private to your account.
Role-Based Access Control
- Company Admin: Full access to all company data including costs and financials
- Sales Representative: Access to their assigned customers only — retail prices visible, costs hidden
- Operations Team: Inventory and fulfillment data — pricing visible, customer financials hidden
- Store Owner / Customer: Their store data only — retail prices visible, costs and other stores hidden
Infrastructure
- Hosted on Netlify with global CDN — fast and reliable worldwide
- Database powered by Supabase — enterprise-grade PostgreSQL with encryption at rest

ERP Data Security
When you connect your ERP system (Intelisis, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.), the connection uses secure API tokens. We do not store your ERP credentials in plain text. ERP data is only used to answer questions within your ALMA PODER environment and is never shared with other clients.
Photos & Images
Images uploaded to ALMA PODER are processed securely and used to provide AI analysis. Images may be temporarily cached during processing. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal data, government IDs, or financial documents.
Data We Collect and May Use
We collect usage data, conversation logs, uploaded documents, and business information. This data may be used by Innovation Tech World LLC to improve ALMA PODER, develop new features, train AI models, and for other business purposes. By using our platform you consent to this collection and use. We do not sell personally identifiable information to third parties.
Reporting Security Issues
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to info@sostanable.ai. We take security seriously and will respond within 24 hours.
